Rayson’s goal is to meet customers’ expectation in terms of value, functionality and reliability with agile market responsiveness.
To deliver a product to the required and expected level of quality with a balanced cost-of-quality, Rayson has in place an appropriate infrastructure of policies, standards, and procedures. Holding independently audited external accreditations affords a good indication of our underlying quality culture, whereas the gathering of customer feedbacks on the level of services and incorporating such feedbacks into the business fuel continuous improvement to accentuate the growth of our company.
As a manufacturer of electronics, Rayson operates in compliance with IPC J-STD-001E and IPC-A-610G with IPC formally accredited trainings, including IPC7711/7721 for PCB and PCBA repairs. Our philosophy is to make things right the first time through operators built-in quality mindset, proper training and process management.
Work instructions and procedures
Deploying comprehensive document control system with standard and special procedures allows Rayson to run consistently high quality and correctly built products to customers. In parallel, support from our strong engineering teams help to surmount design and process difficulties to meet any standard and non-standard requirements or new challenges.
Rayson employs CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and collects customers’ feedbacks regularly to monitor and evaluate our services, utilizing such feedbacks to drive continuous improvement and business growth objectives.
